Celestyal has unveiled a new trade portal to support agents ahead of the upcoming wave period
‘The Celestyal Compass’ will incorporate a new learning platform called ‘Celestyal Campus’, offering training modules on brand identity, life onboard, key itinerary information, shore excursions and advice on how agents can grow their cruise sales.
Users will also be able to access marketing assets and information on the latest offers and campaigns
Agents can earn stars for every module they complete, resulting in exclusive benefits courtesy of the challenger cruise line.
To encourage agents to sign up to the new platform, Celestyal is giving away a £20 Amazon voucher to the first 250 agents to complete all modules by 3 January 2025.
Tim Locke, director, e-commerce, Celestyal, said: “The launch of ‘The Celestyal Compass’ is a milestone moment in both our digital and trade strategy.
“It includes everything that agent partners – who we are calling our ‘Celestyal Navigators’ – need to learn about our ships and the onboard experience, itineraries and much more, all at their fingertips in an easy-to-use platform.
“By launching in time for wave, we’re giving agents the best possible chance of boosting their sales during this key time of year.”
The trade portal coincides with a new consumer-facing website as Celestyal aims to boost its digital presence. The new site will offer more resources, improved user navigation and a personalised experience.
Earlier this week Cruise Trade News caught up with Celestyal’s chief commercial officer Lee Haslett ahead of the line’s inaugural Arabian Gulf sailing. Speaking to editor Jack Carter, Haslett said he believes the Arabian Gulf is going to be “one of the fastest growing cruise destinations in the next 10-15 years.”
