Celestyal Cruises has unveiled its new dedicated travel agent reservations platform.

Developed in partnership with software company Versonix, the system provides access to pre and post packages with both mandatory and optional components, rule-based pricing, payment and cancellations schedules, shore excursions and on-board experiences.

In addition, travel agents will be able to create customised segments, individual itineraries and large family bookings.

Agents currently enrolled with Celestyal have received a link to the system’s user manual and tutorial videos, along with their personal login details.

Celestyal Cruises chief commercial officer Leslie Peden said: “The release of our Seaware Reservations Platform is just one more example of our deep and ongoing commitment to our travel advisor partners.

“We have been working closely with Versonix for a year now in preparation for this release and have been engaging in ongoing conversations with many of our travel advisor partners to have a seamless transition to our new reservations platform.

“We are expecting a significant adoption of this new system by our travel advisor partners, placing them firmly in control of their bookings 24/7, making it even easier to do business with Celestyal.”

Celestyal Cruises currently has an ongoing offer as part of its 2022 wave campaign.

The line is offering savings of up to 30 per cent on select 2022 sailings, valid on bookings through to 31 March 2022.

In late 2021, Celestyal also announced an agreement with Searchlight Capital Partners, a global private investment firm, to accelerate its fleet renewal plan and expansion of operations.
