Carnival Cruise Line updates portal following agent feedback

Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled a series of updates for GoCCL Navigator, its online travel agent booking platform following feedback from UK trade

The GoCCL Navigator platform has received a design refresh to help improve search and viewing functions. Fares will now be easier to review and compare, with lists displaying benefits and details of each sailing.

Meanwhile, red tags will now be shown to highlight when clients have a special loyalty club offer on a sailing, and there will also be a function for agents to perform a side-by-side comparison of offers, with prices and benefits displayed at a glance.

Finally, bookings for accessible staterooms will now be available on GoCCL.co.uk. All updates will be fully implemented by April 21, 2024.

Adolfo Perez, senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing for Carnival Cruise Line, said: “We deeply value our travel agent community, whose expertise and passion are an integral part of our success.

“The latest updates on GoCCL.co.uk are based directly on agents’ feedback and make it easier than ever to match clients’ needs with the perfect Carnival cruise to deliver exceptional service, all while saving valuable time by doing it quickly online.”

This news comes off the back of a new trade booking incentive launched by Carnival Cruise Line, which offers agents the chance to win a cruise to Celebration Key, the line’s new private Grand Bahama destination, with places up for grabs until 1 November, 2024.
