Carnival Cruise Line will host more travel agents than ever before as part of its 2024 ship visit programme
The line is offering 350 trade spaces to visit the 2,124-passenger Carnival Legend across seven events, comprising Dover on 28 June; Liverpool on 9 July and 5 and 14 August; Edinburgh on 30 July; Greenock on 7 August; and Belfast on 17 August.
Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the ship, with lunch at the Lido featuring a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks. To register, agents need to complete a form or visit Carnival Cruise Line’s trade Facebook page.
Travel agents ‘the cornerstone of cruise’, says Carnival Cruise Line sales VP
Iain Baillie, vice president international sales for Carnival Cruise Line, said: “Travel agents are the cornerstone of our industry and we are committed to supporting them in every possible way.
“This ship visit programme is a celebration of our partnership and our goal is to provide an educational and enjoyable experience, with informative sessions and warm hospitality.”
Carnival Legend is sailing out of Dover from June-August on a series of nine-day round Britain and western Mediterranean departures. Last month, parent company Carnival Corporation confirmed it will add a fifth Excel-class ship to its fleet in 2028.
