Aviation expert Tony Hallwood joins Panache Cruises as ambassador

Panache Cruises has appointed aviation veteran Tony Hallwood and networking expert Barbara Hallwood as brand ambassadors

Tony Hallwood has held senior management and director roles in the UK travel industry for more than 30 years, predominantly in the tour operating and airport sectors, for brands such as Airtours Holidays and Cosmos Holidays, as well as Leeds Bradford Airport and Bristol Airport.

His experience has focused on business development, planning and marketing and he has previously worked with Panache Cruises founder and CEO, James Cole, at My Travel.

Barbara Hallwood, meanwhile, has a wealth of experience within the high-end networking sector through her Cheshire-based business, theProfileClub, which she set up in 2011 and sold in 2019.

“We welcome Tony and Barbara to this role with open arms,” Cole said. “Not only do they have a wealth of experience that we can benefit from as a business, but they are also highly valued clients who love to cruise.”

New ambassadors to help Panache Cruises ‘grow internationally’

Panache Cruises’ ambassadors are made up of a “diverse and complimentary collection of individuals and teams”, Cole explained. “Having Tony and Barbara as ambassadors will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow and develop in the UK and internationally.”

Tony Hallwood added: “We are delighted to be joining Panache Cruises as ambassadors, and very much look forward to working with James and the team.

“Barbara and I love how Panache Cruises provides a bespoke service to customers identifying their specific cruise needs whilst their approach to customer service and their ‘Founders Club’ really impressed us.”

Earlier this year, the luxury cruise agency upgraded its maternity and paternity policies to what it believes are the “strongest offerings in this area” across the travel industry.
