APT has expanded its trade marketing team with two appointments.

Rosie Lambert joins as trade marketing executive, to support the trade sales and marketing team, while Amy Ward is now trade marketing manager on an interim basis, covering for Laura Picton while she is on maternity leave.

Lambert has six years marketing experience working for travel and transport brands in the UK and Australia, including for Regal Maritime Solutions, as marketing representative, and at Brisbane-based River City Cruises.

She will report to Amy Ward, who in turn reports to APT head of marketing, Nicola Cook.

APT’s managing director UK and Europe, Paul Melinis said: “Amy and Rosie are warmly welcomed to the APT team.

“The UK travel trade is central to our business success and we are dedicated to delivering the very best service and support in the industry.

“It’s one of APT’s key points of difference and we’ve therefore invested in adding more staff to our growing trade team to enable our industry partners to maximise commercial opportunities.

“We will continue on the acquisition trail for the best industry talent in the coming months as we seek to further grow our offering in the UK.”
