Ambassador Cruise Line has introduced a new initiative which will reimburse any new-to-cruise customer who fails to enjoy their cruise
The Ambassador Guarantee is applicable to new guests booking an itinerary of four nights or more on its fleet of two ships, Ambience and Ambition.
The line said it is confident guests will enjoy their first cruise, or they will offer to cover the costs of the guest’s return transport from the next available port to their point of embarkation and issue a full refund for the cruise fare paid.
“Guest feedback on the unforgettable experiences we provide to all who sail with us has been incredibly positive since we first went into operation,” explained Christian Verhounig, Ambassador Cruise Line chief executive.
“We strongly believe that our incredible offering will prove as attractive to new guests as it is to our loyal repeaters.”
Ambassador Guarantee adds ‘extra layer of confidence’
Verhounig said the guarantee “adds an extra layer of confidence” for guests who are yet to experience a cruise holiday, as the line looks to welcome “many more” new travellers aboard in the coming months.
The introduction of the Ambassador Guarantee falls during the line’s turn of year sales campaign, which runs until 13 February 2024.
Last month, the company was forced to switch Ambience’s scheduled operation with Ambition’s after the former was required to enter dry dock in Germany for extended maintenance work.
