VIVA Cruises appoints Michelle Daniels as UK country manager
Michelle Daniels has joined European river cruise specialist VIVA Cruises as its new country manager for the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand
Daniels, who has previously held roles with A-Rosa River Cruises as sales director and Light Blue Travel as commercial director, will spearhead the line’s expansion into the UK.
It comes after the river cruise operator earlier this year announced plans to bolster its standing in the UK by dedicating two team members to the market.
In her new role, Daniels will be responsible for driving the growth and development of VIVA Cruises in these markets, overseeing sales, marketing and customer engagement strategies by working closely with agents and operators.
Daniels said: “I am delighted to join the VIVA Cruises team and take on the role of country manager. I am truly excited to contribute to the river cruise specialist’s continued international success and growth.
“I look forward to working with our partners and customers to deliver unforgettable river cruise experiences and to further expand our presence in these key markets, including the UK.”
