Uniworld launches 2019 Europe programme
Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection has announced its European programme for 2019.
It includes the full renovation of the River Royale to create the brand’s sixth super ship, plus three new cruises and improvements to popular itineraries.
Uniworld will be bringing the new programme to the trade in person in May and June with a nationwide tour, comprising visits to 600 travel agencies across the country, which kicks off on 29 May 2018.
The company is offering three new itineraries in central Europe. The 15-day Alluring Amsterdam & Vienna and 10-day Authentic Danube & Prague itineraries aboard the River Princess will sail the Danube and offer optional two-night extensions in Vienna.
The third, the 10-day Magnificent Moselle & Rhine aboard the River Queen, offers a unique perspective on this singular German wine-making region and allows guests to fly roundtrip via Frankfurt.
Enhanced itineraries include the reintroduction of the seven-night Holland & Belgium at Tulip Time itinerary and expansion from seven to 10 nights of the Jewish culture and heritage itinerary, Remarkable Rhine & Historic Holland.
Uniworld President & CEO Ellen Bettridge said: “We are committed to two things – delivering to our guests the best, most luxurious river cruise experience in the world, and to providing our partners with the tools and training to share this extraordinary experience with their clients.
“For 2019, we’re doing that across touchpoints that ultimately begin with the product itself – the pleasure of doing business with Uniworld will be matched only by the experience itself.”
Additionally, to help agents secure 2019 Europe and Russia river cruise bookings, Uniworld is including return air or rail travel for all guests, and has announced an early 2019 booking offer, giving an additional 10% off strictly limited allocations per sailing across the programme until 31 July or sold out.
