Swan Hellenic is offering its travel agent partners up to £100 per guest booked between 12 September and mid-October in a new trade incentive programme
The new initiative, which applies to all 2025 itineraries with the exception of Antarctica bookings, has been launched in parallel with an offer for guests to save up to £650 on balcony cabin bookings for selected destinations.
It comes after the expedition specialist unveiled five new Svalbard Explored cruises for 2025 in response to an increase in demand for the itinerary in 2024.
Mario Bounas, Swan Hellenic general manager UK & Ireland, said: “This time of year is rich in opportunities, with everyone just back from their holidays and dreaming to get away again.
“We aim to help those dreams come true with these unbeatable offers that enable our cruise guests and travel agent partners to save and gain alike. And we’re here to help our trade partners make the most of them between now and mid-October, when both offers end.”
New Swan Hellenic incentive comes amid ‘impressive’ 2024
Earlier this year the company revealed that sales for the first quarter of 2024 were nine times higher than the same period in 2023.
The line also opened a new central London office in order to foster closer engagement with partners and clients, while a new global head of guest relations was brought in to focus on customer experience.
The appointment of Kim Daplyn, who joined from luxury travel firm Scott Dunn, will be followed up with a string of new appointments to Swan Hellenic’s sales team as the line looks to bolster its trade support and establish reservations in the UK.
