Riviera Travel’s ‘Vault 2.0’ promises bigger rewards for agents
Following the success of its debut earlier this year, Riviera Travel is bringing back The Vault for travel agents
The original campaign, which ran from 7 July to 10 August 2025, saw 486 agents log 708 trade bookings, unlocking rewards through the Riviera Explorer platform.
Prizes included lifestyle vouchers for Costa Coffee, Greggs, and Marks & Spencer, luxury LED facial masks, Fortnum & Mason hampers, and an all-inclusive holiday for two aboard Riviera’s new river ship, Resplendence.
Now, just in time for “mini peaks”, The Vault returns with even bigger rewards. Launching on 1 September and running until 6 October, the revamped incentive offers more than 500 prizes. These include holidays to Sri Lanka, Morocco, and a festive river cruise. Agents can also win fam trip places and a range of lifestyle rewards.

It reflects how much we appreciate the trade: we want their experience with Riviera to be seamless, profitable, and genuinely enjoyable. Our goal is to keep innovating in ways that make agents feel supported, recognised, and rewarded.”

To participate, agents must book any Riviera Travel product, log into Riviera Explorer, and unlock The Vault for prizes. Every booking gives agents a stronger chance to win.
