Riviera Travel appoints new key account manager
Riviera Travel has appointed Cheryl Elliot-Edwards as key account manager for the south and south east, effective immediately
Edwards, who has more than 25 years’ experience in travel, has previously held roles as a key account manager at Emirates and has experience running her own travel business.
Vicky Billing, director of trade and partnerships at Riviera Travel, said: “Cheryl will be a great addition to our team, and comes with a wealth of knowledge within the industry. Her insights and experience will be instrumental in strengthening our relationships within the trade as we continue to grow.”
Her appointment, the line said, “marks an important step” in Riviera Travel’s investment in its trade team and agent relations.

It comes after the company rolled out a selection of new training modules for travel agents on its e-learning platform, Riviera Explorer.
The additions, the line said, come in a bid to arm travel agents with extra resource to sell group bookings, solo holidays and tours.
