Riviera Travel has appointed Lloyd Morris as its new key account manager for the UK & Ireland, effective from 22 January.

Morris will be primarily field-based and focus on building travel agent relationships and growing awareness of the line. He will report to Vicky Billing, head of trade and partnerships.

He was most recently business development manager at Globus, working across its Cosmos, Globus and Avalon Waterways brands. Riviera said it is looking to add a further two key account managers to its team.

The addition comes after the line last year announced plans to increase its field-based sales team by 75% with the recruitment of three key account managers.
