Ritz-Carlton ship Evrima makes long-awaited debut

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection brand has officially entered the luxury cruise market with the debut of Evrima.

The 298-passenger Evrima set sail on 15 October, cruising to Nice from Barcelona.

Evrima, the first of three custom-built yachts, delivers “highly tailored getaways for travellers seeking to wholly immerse themselves in the culture of each destination”, Ritz-Carlton said in a statement.

Depending on the season, the 298-passenger Evrima will visit the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America.

On board, there are what the company called “innovative two-storey loft suites, a unique duplex accommodation”. All rooms also feature a private terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Dining options include locally inspired dishes in The Evrima Room, a sit down sushi bar at Talaat Nam, and a specialty dining experience in S.E.A., designed by chef Sven Elverfeld of Aqua, the three Michelin-starred restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg.
