Regent rolls out ‘industry-first’ trade sales and marketing tool

Regent Seven Seas

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has enhanced its investment in its travel agent partners with the launch of a new end-to-end content co-branding solution.

The free Regent Connect service will help agents “supercharge” their marketing and sales efforts, the luxury brand said, and consists of two parts, “content experiences”, which agents can use to stay in touch with clients, and a co-branded Regent website to drive conversion.

The content experiences give clients access to the co-branded website to view real-time cruise availability, pricing and call to actions which drive leads directly to their agencies.

“Regent Connect’s co-branding solution is a first for the cruise industry, opening up a world of possibilities for our valued travel advisor community to deliver luxury-caliber personalisation to their guests,” said SVP sales Shawn Tubman.

The new service is powered by US technology from Approach Guides, but will be available for UK-based agents.

“Singularly focused on supporting its agent partners, Regent Connect is as powerful as it is easy to use,” said co-founder and CMO of Approach Guides Jennifer Raezer.

Earlier this year, the line launched a new Sell Three, Sail Free trade incentive, giving agents the opportunity to sail with the line this year. The line then announced that Sarah Faberge, founding member of the Faberge Heritage Council and great-granddaughter of Peter Carl Faberge, will serve as godmother to Seven Seas Grandeur.
