Regent Seven Seas Cruises has achieved the strongest booking month in its history, with January 2026 marking an all-time high for total global bookings across the fleet
Last month’s performance, which saw bookings increase by 20 per cent compared to January 2025, was driven by demand across the ultra luxury line’s global destination portfolio, with travellers securing voyages well in advance.
The line saw a marked uptick in Pacific and South America itineraries, as well as an increase in demand for longer itineraries of 15-days or more and guests booking multiple cruises.
“This record-breaking month underscores continued momentum for the brand and sustained demand for Regent’s unrivalled all-inclusive luxury cruise experience,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer for Regent.
“Luxury travellers are clearly prioritising immersive, high-value vacation experiences, and Regent continues to deliver on that promise through exceptional itineraries, expansive suites, and the most inclusive amenity offering in ultra-luxury cruising. We’d like to thank and recognise our treasured guests and valued travel partners who have helped our teams achieve this incredible milestone.”
The update comes ahead of the debut of Seven Seas Prestige this December, marking the launch of Regent’s first new ship class in a decade.
At 77,000 tons, the 850-guest vessel will boast one of the highest passenger to space ratios in the cruise industry, offering suites, restaurants, bars and lounges and public areas. A second Prestige class ship is slated to launch in 2029, which will introduce new accommodation categories, including a reimagination of the palatial Regent Suite, plus new dining experiences.
In November the line placed an order with Italian ship builder Fincantieri for a third Prestige class ship to be delivered in 2033.
