P&O Cruises brings back Shine at Sea training programme
P&O Cruises will host its Shine at Sea trade training programme for 80 agents onboard Azura in October and November 2025
Travel agents will have the opportunity to win a place on one of two seven-night itineraries on Azura, following the ship’s refit.
The first sailing, departing on 2 October 2025, is round-trip from Malta calling at Civitavecchia (for Rome), Livorno (for Pisa and Florence), Villefranche and Ajaccio.
The second departure is from Tenerife on 1 November 2025, and calls into Gran Canaria, Madeira, Lanzarote and ends with an overnight in Tenerife. Flights from London or Manchester are included.
Winners will get the chance to sample P&O Cruises’ shore experience programme as well as onboard dining and entertainment. Agents will also participate in face-to-face training sessions with the P&O team.
P&O Cruises sales director, Ruth Venn, said: “After an amazing response last year, we’re excited to bring Shine at Sea back in 2025.”

For a chance to win, Shine Rewards Club agents must book and spin any Select Price booking and register their interest between 24 March and 17 April 2025. There will be additional chances for agents to win on the P&O Cruises Travel Agent Sales Facebook or Instagram pages.
It comes after the line saw its strongest ever January earlier this year, with record-breaking sales volume across the board throughout the month.
