Oceania Cruises rolls out new webinar series with Med incentive

Oceania Cruises has launched a new range of training videos to help educate its UK travel trade partners

The five, 15-minute videos are now live and can be accessed on the line’s online training platform.

Agents who watch all five videos by 31 December will be entered into a draw to win a seven-day Mediterranean cruise in 2025.

The series includes a video on Oceania’s brand pillars, fleet overview and the its simply MORE value offer, and one focussing on its onboard restaurants, The Culinary Center, and its chef-led Culinary Discovery Tours.

A video titled “Curated Travel Experiences” gives an overview of destinations visited by Oceania and its small group shore excursions, and “Small Ship Luxury” touches on stateroom types and inclusions.

“Life On Board”, meanwhile, focusses on enrichment opportunities, guest speakers, the Aquamar Spa, sports and evening entertainment.

The videos are hosted by Oceania’s sales team and include supporting downloadable assets, designed to educate and increase brand awareness amongst the trade community.

Oceania hopes videos will help expand agent reach

“We are delighted to announce this new training platform for our valued trade partners,” said Jason Worth, vice president of international sales.

“We hope that these new videos will help us reach many new travel partners and educate them on all things Oceania Cruises.”

Earlier this year the line appointed Kal Sindhu as its new regional sales executive as the line looks to improve its relationship with agents in the UK.
