Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has unveiled a new 20-night cultural exploration of the Adriatic and Mediterranean for its 2024/25 programme.
Setting sail on 30 May 2024, guests on board Borealis will “enjoy the cultural and historical gems of the region and soak up remarkable landscapes, local culture and traditions” the line said in a statement.
The voyage, departing from Southampton, will also take in Cartagena’s Roman sites, accompanied by a local archaeologist, and the Krka National Park in Croatia. Prices start from £2,999pp.
Fred Olsen to reveal more itineraries
Fred Olsen Cruise Lines head of itinerary planning and destination experience Martin Lister said: “I’m so excited to be revealing the first cruise from our upcoming brochure launch.
“Each of our imaginative and unusual itineraries are hand-crafted by our dedicated team to see each destination at its best.
“This cruise combines the cultural, historical and truly incredible landscapes that this area has to offer, with guests having the chance to visit the beautiful sun kissed coastlines of Croatia including stops in Dubrovnik and Split, enjoy the bustling city of Lisbon and the island of Malta.
“We’re incredibly excited to be revealing our full range of new itineraries shortly and can’t wait to see our guests embark on these exciting voyages in the not too far future.”
Earlier in February, Fred Olsen extended its cruise sale offer into February after the line’s most successful January on record.
The offer includes sailings starting from £599pp, plus a choice of a free all-inclusive drinks package or on-board spend on selected 2023 cruises when booked before 28 February, inclusive.
