Explora Journeys has launched a new dynamically co-branded website to support its agent partners’ sales and marketing efforts.
In partnership with content optimisation platform Approach Guides, the luxury line’s new site will allow agents to engage with clients by sharing links to all sailings, destinations and experiences on the Explora Journeys website.
As they browse, clients remain in the advisor’s branded environment, where they can access trip details and real-time pricing, with calls to action driving leads directly to the agency.
“This is the sales tool that every travel advisor wishes they had,” said Explora Journeys chief sales officer Chris Austin.
“Now advisors can use our website to share specific holiday options with their clients and get indications of interest so they can immediately follow up. And just as important: it’s intuitive to use and keeps the advisors’ branding front and centre.”
Explora Journeys ‘leading the way’ in agent support
Co-founder and CMO of Approach Guides Jennifer Raezer said the luxury brand of the MSC Group is “leading the way in putting travel advisors first” by giving them technology to help them build their businesses.
“Advisors are going to love how the website not only helps them boost sales, but also raises the level of service for their luxury clients,” she added.
Explora becomes the second brand to introduce the technology, after Regent Seven Seas Cruises enhanced its investment in its travel agent partners by implementing the software earlier this year.
