Explora introduces new fare structure to simplify booking process
Explora Journeys has launched a new fare package which combines international flights, hotel stays, private transfers, and 24/7 guest support
The luxury ocean travel brand of the MSC Group introduced the Sky & Sea fare which offers economy-class flights, covering key routes from major airports to embarkation and disembarkation ports. The fare also provides options for upgrades and alternative departure airports.
Clients from the UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, the USA, and Australia can utilise the new service, which aims to cover the smaller details of a cruise booking.
Access to Ocean Wellness – The Spa and all onboard gratuities are also included and flight bookings through Sky & Sea are available for select journeys. These can be combined with offers like the Explora Early Booking Benefit, Extended Journeys benefits, and exclusive Explora Club Member privileges.
It comes after Explora appointed a new business relationship expert, Megan Saunders. She brings ten years of trade experience in the luxury cruise sector, previously holding roles at Silversea Cruises, Windstar and CLIA.
“I am excited to be joining the Explora Journeys team,” she said. “As we continue to grow and offer unprecedented luxury experience at sea, I look forward to working with our partners, existing and new, to continue to grow our mutual business.”
Reporting into Priti Mehta, head of sales UK and Ireland, and working closely with business relationship leads Jenny Wade and Andrew Schweitzer, Saunders will oversee the central and south of England, as well as Wales.
