Crystal has launched a new incentive offering its travel agent partners £20 per booking, with the top six bookers winning an overnight stay in London with dinner and train travel
The incentive, which runs from 16 January to 31 March 2026, is valid on all new bookings for any destination and sailing year. For each new reservation made, advisors will earn a £20 retail voucher from Tremendous which can be used at more than 2,500 retailers worldwide, including Amazon, Costa, Nike, Sephora and Just Eat.
There is no limit to the number of bookings, so the more cruises that agents book, the more vouchers they will earn. In addition, the top six booking advisors during the period will receive an all expenses paid trip to London where they will enjoy a celebratory hosted dinner, with hotel accommodation and train travel included. This trip is restricted to one seller per agency.
Luke Smith, vice president of trade sales, UK & EMEA, said: “Travel advisors are vital to the success of our business so we want to reward their efforts and give them even more reason to sell Crystal.
“As we continue our journey to become the most trade-friendly luxury cruise line in the industry, this new incentive is just one of several new advisor-first initiatives on the horizon that will ensure that our trade partners receive the support, reward and recognition that they deserve.”
To claim their vouchers, agents will need to send the booking confirmation to [email protected]. Vouchers will be delivered via email.
It comers after the line revealed the name of its first new build ocean cruise ship in 25 years and under the ownership of Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group (AKTG). Scheduled for delivery in May 2028, Crystal Grace will embark on its inaugural voyage on 11 June 2028, following a series of preview sailings.
As part of the launch campaign, the brand created a digital word game shared on its social channels inviting fans to guess the name of the ship before the reveal.
