CMV reveals strong bookings for 2021

Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) has revealed that bookings are still being made for later in 2020 and 2021.

The line’s new ship, Amy Johnson, is due to sail on its maiden voyage in April 2021 where it will then position alongside Columbus sailing from London Tilbury.

The new programme, which went on sale on 20 February, is already 27 per cent sold.

According to the line, the three cruises sailing onboard Amy Johnson from London, Tilbury in 2021 are all well over 50 per cent sold.

The Grand British Isles Discovery departs 12 July 2021 for 10-nights and is currently from £849pp.

The Grand Canada, Greenland, Iceland & Northern Lights itinerary sails 4 September 2021 for 35 nights with fares from £2,579pp.

The Grand Black Sea & Mediterranean cruise aboard Amy Johnson departs 9 October 2021 for 32 nights, with fares from £2,239pp.

CMV sales director, Lisa Jacobs,  said: “Thanks to our trade partners, sales for our new flagship Amy Johnson have got off to an amazing start with some Amy Johnson cruises more than 50 per cent sold.

“During a very difficult trading period, people are clearly looking forward to the future and planning their 2021 cruising holidays, and at the same time maximising on our buy one get one free deals which extend, subject to availability, until 31 May 2020.”

The fares quoted are based on two people sharing a twin inner cabin and includ full board cuisine, afternoon teas and late-night snacks, Captain’s Cocktail Party, complimentary tea & coffee 6am to midnight, big show entertainment, cabarets and classical interludes, daytime activities and leisure facilities, guest speaker and arts & crafts, porterage of luggage, port to cabin and port taxes.
