We’re thrilled to announce their promotions to vice-president.”

Virgin Voyages recently announced the promotion of Shane Riley to vice-president of UK/international sales. He speaks to Lucy Abbott in the latest Cruise Trade News Cruise Corner interview.

There are very rarely any dull moments with Virgin Voyages.

Its first ship, Scarlet Lady, has proven to be a hit, offering a distinct form of cruising that is not afraid to be bold and different.

And then there is the line’s second ship, Valiant Lady, which will make its debut in Portsmouth in March 2022 before moving to its homeport of Barcelona in May for seven-night voyages throughout the Mediterranean.

Also throw into the mix Resilient Lady, which is currently under construction, and a comprehensive travel agent programme, called Seacademy, and there’s little doubt the line has positive momentum for the future.
