Titan has doubled the size of its agent support team.

From this month, three new execs will be hitting the road, supporting agent partners, product training and staffing regional events.

Richard Wilson will provide Scottish-based support for the first time.  Michelle Halsey will cover the South West and South Wales. Alana Jones will divide her time between supporting nationwide agents from Titan’s head office and supporting in person agents in Greater London and Berkshire.

Richard, Michelle and Alana join theteam of on-the-road execs – Louise Sword (Southeast), Adam Deane / Sharon Tait (Central) and Emily Parkes (North) – and the office team of agency sales manager Edwina Coppock and Ellie Sandys, trade marketing.

Coppock said: “This extra investment in staff is a testament to the success of the trade channel, and the vital importance of our agent partners. We will now have a team of eight travel professionals (most of whom have been retail agents themselves) to offer agents more support than ever before.”
