Scenic Eclipse II has embarked on its maiden voyage and will visit the UK later this year.
The 220-guest ship departed from Lisbon and will now operate a debut summer season in the Mediterranean.
It will make its first visit to UK waters in September with a round-Scotland sailing.
The line confirmed that agents will be invited on board to discover the on-board experience.
Scenic Eclipse II ‘huge opportunity’
Scenic UK and Ireland MD Richard Twynam said: “The addition of Scenic Eclipse II to our fleet is a fantastic moment for our business and presents huge opportunities for our trade partners.
“Forward bookings already prove there is strong demand for our ultra-luxury exploration cruises and we know that this is only going to increase as we spread the word about these once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
“Having developed our sales operation, we are now looking forward to welcoming as many agents on board as possible.
“I can’t wait until the new yacht comes to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland later this year.”
A naming ceremony for Scenic Eclipse II will take place in Malaga in early June.
Speaking in March, Scenic vice-president of marine operations James Griffiths said: “Scenic Eclipse II has been built to the highest standards.
“Nearly identical to her sister ship – with a few exclusive enhancements – it is the benchmark in ultra-luxury cruising taken to a new level.”
