Royal Caribbean International enhances ‘My Club Royal’

Royal Caribbean International today announced the latest enhancement to My Club Royal. 

Positioned as ‘one site, one log in, one Royal super club’, travel agents will be able to access bookings, training, rewards and sales materials all through a single portal.

Amanda Darrington, Sales Director RCI UK&I commented, “We’ve developed the newly enhanced My Club Royal portal to make the lives of travel agents easier, helping them to save time by bringing together all of the tools we have created for them. Now, the whole user journey has been simplified and combined to one entry point, via one log-in, with the existing platforms undergoing cutting edge redesign in the process. The result makes agents’ access to Royal Caribbean International easier, quicker and more efficient than ever before.”

From 23rd November 2017, agents will only need one log in to access the following features – all housed within myclubroyal.co.uk:

  • ClubBooking: the revolutionary booking tool ‘Airwaves’ will be housed within the new portal.  Following an extensive pilot, it will be rolled out to all agents enabling them to dynamically package flights, hotels, transfers and sailings in four simple steps.

 

  • ClubLearning: the award-winning ‘Cruising for Excellence’ programme has been further optimised to provide an unrivalled training experience.  New bite-sized modules, that can be accomplished on-the-go via a mobile format, have been introduced in direct response to the increasingly busy lives of agents.

 

  • ClubRewards: agents will now only need to complete three training modules to access the rewards programme (7-day cruise, Meet the Fleet and How to Sell).  Once a booking is made, agents will be receive a Club Royal MasterCard, gaining access to benefits such as exclusive money-can’t-buy events and £5 rewards for every booking.

 

  • ClubCreate: news and campaigns, an image library and an easy-to-use approvals system replace the existing sales & marketing toolkit, making the process of creating store campaigns to drive sales simple and efficient

 

Existing Club Royal members will be auto enrolled on the new platform. Those registered with Cruising Power or Cruising for Excellence will receive an email inviting them to join.
