Princess Cruises has confirmed the 3,560-guest Regal Princess will sail a series of roundtrip itineraries from Southampton in 2027

It comes as the line reveals an expanded programme of Europe sailings, featuring 48 voyages to 54 destinations across 18 countries, to run from April to August 2027, with itineraries on sale 13 January 2026.

Regal will return to the region to offer a series of combinable voyages departing from Southampton, as well as Copenhagen, Reykjavik and Helsinki. The programme includes sailings ranging between seven- to 64-nights visiting destinations across Northern Europe, Ireland & Scotland, the Mediterranean, and transatlantic voyages.

A new 49-night Northern Europe Explorer itinerary, sailing roundtrip from Southampton or Copenhagen with overnights in Stockholm and Cobh, will be available, as well as the line’s most immersive European voyage to date, the 64-night Ultimate European Journey, which sails roundtrip Southampton.

Regal will also sail an eight-night Irish Counties & Scottish Shores voyage itinerary roundtrip from Southampton, calling at Falmouth, Cobh, Dun Laoghaire, Belfast and Greenock on 25 June 2027, with fares from £869pp.

Eithne Williamson, vice president Princess Cruises UK, Ireland, and EMEA, said: “This expanded Europe 2027 programme underscores the strength of the UK and Europe market and our confidence in its continued growth. By basing an additional ship in Europe and increasing departures from Southampton, we’re responding directly to strong agent demand for more ex-UK departures as well as an increase choice in itineraries that visit destinations such as Iceland and Norway, the Baltics, and the Mediterranean.

“Our new, combinable itineraries broaden the variety of our Europe programme, providing agents with flexible options to match every customer, from short seven‑night breaks to extended multi‑week journeys. This enhanced portfolio helps agents generate more business and driver further growth of Princess in the UK market.”

It comes after Princess Cruises appointed Yasmin Mckechnie as its new UK & Europe sales director in December.
