  1. To enter, you must be: (a) a resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, (b) be a current employee of a recognised travel agent, (c) you must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Carnival plc or any of its group companies and (d) 18 years old or over.
  2. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including employment status and select a new prize recipient if the winner does not meet the criteria in condition.
  3. You will be asked to provide proof of trade address and reply via your business email before prizes are issued.
  4. Following the request for proof of trade, a reply is required within 24 hours. After this time the prize is reallocated, and a new winner is randomly generated.

  6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
  7. Entrants are only allowed one entry
  8. Offers are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Cruise Trade News, Carnival plc or its subsidiary companies

Any personal information that you provide to Cruise Trade News, Princess Cruises and its subsidiary companies will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent. Data will be used for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting winners.
  10. Cruise Trade News and Princess reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of a similar value due to any unforeseen circumstances.

  13. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Cruise Trade News may also create rules which will apply to a specific offer only. If we do this we will publish the amended offer rules and/or specific offer rules on the relevant offer page.
  14. The winner will receive a message confirming their prize. They will also be contacted directly by phone and/or email. Princess Cruises decision on the prize winner and prize will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Princess Cruises will treat entrant’s information as private and keep it secure but reserves the right to use the winner’s name, home town, agency name, photography and comments in future publicity or promotional material.
  15. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  16. a) Winner will receive: One (1) 7-night cruise for two (2) people consisting of: Accommodation in a Balcony Cabin (or Deluxe Balcony, depending on ship availability), Princess Premier package included, Princess transfers included (where applicable) and Return economy flights with luggage included.

16. b)  Travel is subject to availability and capacity constraints.

16. c)  The cruise must be taken within dates specified by Cruise Trade News (to be communicated at time of prize fulfilment).

16. d)  Blackout dates, Peak Season and restrictions will apply.

17. Exclusions: The following are not included in the prize: Travel to and from departure airports (including parking), travel insurance, visas or required travel documentation or  any personal expenses (including but not limited to onboard spending, excursions, gratuities unless included in the Premier package)

18. Winner Requirements: (a) Acceptance of the prize is subject to the winner obtaining their employer’s approval, in line with company policies, (b) winners must remain employed by a registered travel agency holding a valid ABTA membership at the time of travel, (c) Cruise Trade News reserves the right to request proof of continued employment and ABTA affiliation prior to prize fulfilment and (d) if employer approval is not granted, or if the winner no longer meets the eligibility criteria at the time of travel, Cruise Trade News reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

19. Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including the use of their name and employer for publicity purposes, unless prohibited by their employer.
