P&O renews partnership with Norse Atlantic Airways and TUI Airways

P&O Cruises, Norse Atlantic Airways

P&O Cruises has renewed its partnership with TUI Airways and Norse Atlantic Airways for the upcoming winter Caribbean season after admitting to getting its air programme wrong in the past

Both airlines will offer direct charter flights to Barbados and Antigua between November 2025 and March 2026, operating weekly services from London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Several departures from regional airports will also be offered by TUI Airways, including flights from Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, Bournemouth, Glasgow and Newcastle on selected dates.

During the CLIA Conference 2025, Carnival UK & P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow admitted the line had experienced challenges with its airline partnerships in the past, but was enthused to be working with two trusted operators.

“We don’t get it right all of the time,” Ludlow said. “A couple of seasons ago we had some challenges with our Caribbean air programme, but we listened and responded.

“We’re now partnering with trusted brands like Virgin Atlantic, TUI Airways and Norse Atlantic Airways, and that’s an example of when we do get it wrong, we pivot and make sure we are protecting our guests’ trust.”

P&O Cruises guests sailing on Arvia or Britannia this winter season will have a choice of economy, premium economy and business class eats, with upgrades available at time of booking.

In-flight entertainment will be available across all cabins, with amenity kits available to premium economy and business class travellers.

Upon arrival, guests will be taken directly from the plane to the ship with no need to go through immigration at the airport.
