Oceania Cruises launches new trade platform to improve brand knowledge

Oceania Cruises, travel, cruise

Oceania Cruises has unveiled a “one-stop shop” designed to help travel agents build their knowledge of the brand and its itineraries.

The online Oceania Trade Connect platform gives agents the opportunity “to learn, earn and connect directly with the cruise line”, according to a statement.

Agents who sign up to the platform will have access to OLife Choice Rewards, training programmes and will be able to connect with the Facebook community on the Oceania Trade Insider page.

In addition, agents can access marketing support and use assets to help them when promoting Oceania Cruises.

Oceania Cruises senior vice-president and managing director EMEA Bernard Carter said: “Now, more than ever, we believe our partnership with our travel partners is essential to ensure we can navigate our way through these uncertain times together.

“It is because of this that we have launched the Oceania Trade Connect platform, to offer assistance to agents by bringing together all of our resources in one place, enabling agents to improve their product knowledge and selling process so they can effectively liaise with their customers.”

Oceania has also launched an exclusive free upgrade sale, whereby guests can upgrade by up to four stateroom categories between 23 November and 2 December 2020.
