MSC Cruises has added a virtual meeting resource on its trade website to connect agents with its sales team.
The tool, called Sales Connect, can be accessed on MSC Book, and is aimed at retail agents and homeworkers, giving them the option to book virtual meetings with the MSC regional sales team.
It has been designed to help agents learn more about MSC’s health and safety protocols, current promotions and offers, and the benefits of its future cruise credit programme. It also includes product training and business development planning.
The tool will automatically send agents an invite to add to their calendar and they can also cancel or reschedule the meeting.
Appointments will be released one week in advance and are available Tuesday to Friday between 09:30 to 17:00, with sessions lasting 30 minutes, although two sessions can be booked for more time if needed. Agents can also tailor meetings by specifying the areas of information required or by sharing any questions for the sales team.
MSC Cruises UK & Ireland director of sales Steve Williams said: “With so many across our sector working remotely, we thought it was important to make it as easy as possible for frontline staff and homeworkers to connect with our regional sales managers.
