Diamond Shortbreak Holidays Ltd which includes The River Cruise Line has made the announcement that it ceased trading on March 15, 2017.

The company’s website states that they will contact customers who have booked with them as the holiday will not go ahead.

It gives the following advice:

Travel agent bookings

If a booking was through a travel agent – not directly with Diamond Shortbreak Holidays – contact the agent for advice and guidance.

Direct bookings with Diamond Shortbreak Holidays Ltd

Holidays that include a flight

If the holiday included a flight, contact the CAA directly to make a claim for the holiday booking.
