Cruise Stars 2023: Leading industry event to return

Cruise Stars Awards 2023

Cruise Trade News can reveal that the Cruise Stars event is making a comeback this year.

Organised by Cruise Trade News and last held at the end of 2019, the Cruise Stars recognise success and innovation, shining a spotlight on the brightest and best talent in the cruise industry.

Categories – designed to showcase individual achievements – include awards for Cruise Line PR & Marketing Star, Cruise Line Sales Star and National Travel Agent Sales Star, among others, including special awards for the industry’s Rising Stars.

For example, someone could be a Cruise Line Digital Marketing Star for managing a project that has delivered significant growth on emerging channels, or a New to Cruise Champion for demonstrating how they have enticed non-cruisers to try a holiday at sea for the first time.

Cruise Stars ‘showcase talent and hard work’

Cruise Trade News editor Gary Peters said: “It’s wonderful that this event is returning to the cruise calendar.

“What makes this event extra special is the fact that we celebrate the hard work of individuals, showcasing the talent that makes the cruise industry what it is.

“We have introduced new categories for this year, giving more people than ever before the opportunity to enter or nominate a colleague.

“This is the time to shout about individual success and help us shine a spotlight on the brilliant people who work in the cruise industry.”

Entries are now open and a full list of categories can be found on the Cruise Stars website.

Finalists will be invited to a prestigious lunchtime event in central London on the 8 December 2023.
