Scenic Tsar, launched in 2013, was the first ‘new-build’ ship to be launched onto Russia’s waterways for over 25 years. It is also the first boutique ‘small’ ship to join the ever-growing fleet of luxury vessels. There are just over one hundred guests onboard, so you get a real sense of space, accompanied by an intimate atmosphere. Virtually all staterooms and suites boast their own private full-length balconies and each cabin has modern and stylish en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV, in-room safe, mini-bar and complimentary Wi-Fi. With just 112 guests onboard, enjoy the individual attention and personalised service that only a small cruise ship can offer, as well as a real sense of space. There is one member of staff for every two guests, so you can be sure of an outstanding level of service. 

Panorama Lounge & Bar

The Panorama Lounge is larger than any you’ll find on ordinary river cruise ships, and there is plenty of space to relax at the bar while taking in the breathtaking views. You can enjoy a range of complimentary teas and coffees as and when you choose throughout your cruise, and there is a selection of wines, beers, soft drinks, cocktails and spirits that can be purchased. It’s worth noting that they store their wines in special EuroCave storage cabinets to ensure that your wine is matured and served at the perfect temperature.

Neva Lounge & Bar

The Neva Lounge & Bar is an outdoor observation venue, providing plenty of space to relax while taking in the breathtaking views. From there, passengers can access the Sun Deck, affording superb views of the ever-changing landscapes.

The restaurant offers its own unique ambiance; bright and refreshing in the morning, relaxing in the middle of the day, intimate and warm as evening draws in. Catering for all guests to dine at a single sitting with open seating allows you to sit with friends or share a more intimate meal. It’s here you’ll start each day with a wonderful buffet breakfast and cooked-to-order hot favourites. At lunch you’ll be spoilt for choice with generous buffets and a beautifully prepared à la carte menu. In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious meal accompanied by complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks.
