Award-winning Swansea-based tour operator Cruise Nation has appointed Tracey James as its new Head of Product.

Tracey joins Cruise Nation with over 25 years’ experience in the travel industry, both in the UK and overseas.

As part of her new role she will be responsible for overseeing product development and managing the product team. Tracey will use her skills to help create signature packages which are unique to Cruise Nation by pairing itineraries with special events and concerts taking place around the globe.

She will also work closely alongside Cruise Nation’s Concierge team to handpick the best travel experiences for customers and package these in to holidays, to add even more value. Additionally, Tracey will be responsible for forging strong relationships between Cruise Nation and its suppliers to deliver a variety of product to customers.

Prior to joining Cruise Nation, Tracey was Operations Manager at Imagine Cruising and she has also previously worked at Miles Morgan Travel and Tailor Made Travel Cheltenham.
