The Advantage Travel Partnership is hosting its inaugural Marketing Summit with the aim of helping independent travel busineses drive growth
The one-day event will take place at the Leonardo Hotel in London on 20 October and will bring together businesses, speakers and industry partners from across the UK.
In the morning, delegates will explore how businesses can build stronger brands, reach the right audiences and improve customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty and retention through interactive sessions.
The sessions will also examine the growing role of AI and other marketing tools, with a focus on how travel businesses can use technology effectively to improve productivity and increase the impact of their marketing activity.
In the afternoon, Advantage will hold a marketplace to give delegates the opportunity to meet with supplier, technology and marketing partners to build relationships, before the programme closes with networking drinks.
The event is open to both Advantage members and non-members and registration is now open with early-bird rates available until 1 September.
David Forder, marketing director at Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “We’ve created the Marketing Summit to give travel businesses a dedicated day to focus on one of the most important drivers of future growth: effective marketing.
“We want delegates to leave with practical ideas and insights they can take back to their businesses and put into action, whether that’s strengthening their brand, improving acquisition and conversion, building greater customer loyalty or understanding how AI can support their marketing.
“We’re also pleased to open the event to non-members. This is an opportunity for independent travel businesses from across the industry to come together, learn from marketing experts and each other, and make valuable connections.”
