TV chef Luke Nguyen is designing the menu for a private dining room being added to APT’s AmaLotus during a refurbishment in May and June.
Called Indochine by Luke Nguyen, it will serve a six-course degustation menu.
The chef will also be cooking for passengers on three cruises, on July 29, September 9 and December 2.
From £3,940 per person including flights for a 15-day Vietnam and Highlights cruise tour departing July 29.
