Tauck waives solo supplement on more than 250 itineraries
Ultra luxury river cruise line Tauck has waived its solo supplement on more than 250 departures in 2026
The extra charge for individual travellers has been removed on all Category 1 riverboat cabins, eliminating it entirely on every departure of each Tauck river cruise itinerary.
The solo-friendly sailings will include a new itinerary, Bordeaux, Paris & The Seine, which sails on the newly launched MS Serene. In addition, Tauck will reduce the single supplement by $1,000 (£745) on certain other cabin categories (typically Categories 4 and 5) on select European river cruise departures in 2026.
The company has also reduced single supplements on land tours by up to $600 on 105 departures of 37 itineraries spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.
“For many solo travellers, the true value of traveling with Tauck is the sense of ease, confidence and connection they feel from the very beginning,” said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh.
“Our guests love knowing that every detail is thoughtfully taken care of – from hotel and restaurant reservations to sightseeing and transportation – and they consistently tell us how supported and welcomed they feel, whether it’s through the expertise of our Tauck Directors or the camaraderie that naturally develops within the group. It allows them to relax, explore and fully immerse themselves in the journey.”
