Expedition Cruise Network to host third annual conference in September

ECN

The Expedition Cruise Network (ECN) will host its third annual conference in London in September

The two-day event, which will be held at The Arches at Glaziers Hall in London from 29-30 September, aims to bring together cruise lines, travel agents, tour operators, destination representatives and industry partners to discuss how to further the growth of the sector.

Day one will focus on new and intermediate travel agents looking to sell or expand into expedition cruising. The programme will feature conference sessions, practical selling insights, panels and one-to-one meetings.

Day two will be dedicated to experienced expedition cruise sellers, product managers, senior leadership and business owners, and will explore industry trends, commercial opportunities and product development.

Avkile Marozaite, chief executive and co-founder, said: “We created this conference to provide a dedicated, trade-focused platform for expedition cruising.

“Each year it has grown in both scale and impact, but our focus remains the same, bringing the right people together to foster informed discussion, meaningful connection and sustainable sector growth.”

Headline sponsor for the event is HX Expeditions. Nathaniel Sherborne, managing director and senior VP for EMEA and ANZ, said: “We are proud to return as headline sponsor of the ECN Conference for the third consecutive year, reflecting our long-term commitment to the expedition community.

“As the sector grows, it is more important than ever to equip our trade partners with the knowledge and tools to showcase its unique appeal, from immersive nature experiences to meaningful encounters in science and discovery.

“Sustainability, science, and education remain at the heart of everything we do, and we are passionate about supporting the continued growth of this dynamic sector. We look forward to connecting with trade partners, sharing insights, and inspiring transformative expedition experiences.”
