According to Cruise Trade News’ recent Annual Report, nearly a quarter of all respondents (23 per cent) say an expedition cruise is at the top of their travel bucket list in 2025, ranking higher than river and small-ship cruising.
It was no surprise to see the sector track so highly with UK consumers considering the fact that more than two-thirds of Expedition Cruise Network members – which includes the likes of Albatros Expeditions, Atlas Ocean Voyages and Swan Hellenic, as well as more than 1,300 trade associates – experienced a rise in bookings for the first half of 2024.
