APT & Travelmarvel launches new sale and advertising campaign

APT Travelmarvel, Vega river cruise ship

APT & Travelmarvel has launched its New Year Worldwide Sale, offering savings of up to 50 per cent as well as other value-added incentives.

The operator said it hopes to “help its valued agent partners have their most successful peaks to date”.

The promotion features popular destinations and itineraries and is valid on new bookings made before 31 January 2023.

For the first time, APT & Travelmarvel will also be supporting its peaks campaign with TV advertising. The 30-second ad, which will “showcase APT and introduce Travelmarvel to a new audience”, will air between 7 January and 28 February 2023.

The advert will direct viewers to book with their local travel agent.

APT ‘helping trade’ for peaks

Guests can save up to 50 per cent on fully inclusive European river cruise itineraries, with the 15-day Magnificent Europe cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest costing from £2,798pp (was £5,596).

Travelmarvel is also offering savings of up to £1,250 plus a free cabin upgrade on 2023 sailings aboard the newly renovated RV Apsara. Prices for the 15-day Essential Vietnam and Cambodia now start from £3,645pp (was £4,895).

Discounts are also available on 2023 Adriatic small-ship cruising, with prices for the eight-day Adriatic Coast and Dalmatian Islands itinerary from £1,995pp.

APT & Travelmarvel head of sales and business development Brad Bennetts said: “Helping the trade to have a highly successful 2023 peaks is of paramount importance as we set the tone for an important year of trading.

“We will be delivering outstanding savings during the January booking period to help our valued agent partners maximise sales during this key window, and our flexible booking guarantee is back for all 2023 bookings, meaning that guests can secure their future travel plans without risk.”

Earlier in December, APT & Travelmarvel said it had completed its “aggressive recruitment drive” to grow its trade sales team with the appointment of Sarah Turner as business development manager south.
