Terms & Conditions

1. To enter, you must be: (a) a resident of the United Kingdom, (b) a current employee of a recognised travel agent and (c) 21 years old or over.   
2. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including employment status and select a new prize recipient if the winner does not meet the criteria in condition.  
3. You will be asked to provide proof of trade address and reply via your business email before prizes are issued.  
4. Following the request for proof of trade, a reply is required within 24 hours. After this time the prize is reallocated, and a new winner is randomly generated.  
5. No purchase necessary  
6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash  
7. Entrants are only allowed one entry  
8. Offers are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Cruise Trade News, Regent Seven Seas Cruises or its subsidiary companies  
9. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to receive email marketing and postal marketing communications from Cruise Trade News and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.  
10. Any personal information that you provide to Cruise Trade News, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and its subsidiary companies will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent. Data will be used for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting winners.  
11. Cruise Trade News and Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of a similar value due to any unforeseen circumstances.

14. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Cruise Trade News may also create rules which will apply to a specific offer only. If we do this we will publish the amended offer rules and/or specific offer rules on the relevant offer page.  
15. Entrants must be 21 or over. The winner will receive a message confirming their prize. They will also be contacted directly by phone and/or email. Regent Seven Seas Cruises's decision on the prize winner and prize will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Regent Seven Seas Cruises will treat entrants’ information as private and keep it secure but reserves the right to use the winner’s name, hometown, agency name, photography and comments in future publicity or promotional material.  

16. Daily Prize Terms & Conditions 

    The prizes available to be won are as follows: 

    One (1) Mermaid Gin set. 

    One (1) Regent merchandise bundle. 

    Two (2) tickets to the Richmond Enclosure at the Qatar Goodwood Festival. 

    Two (2) tickets to Goodwood Revival 2027. 

    One (1) Regent merchandise bundle. 

    One (1) Aston Martin Regent umbrella and one (1) Jo Malone candle. 

    One (1) Aston Martin and Elemis gift set. 

    Each prize is non-transferable. Odds of winning will depend on entries on the day assigned to a prize during the applicable Prize Draw Period. Prizes will be awarded as described above and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Any costs or expenses not expressly included as part of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. These may include, where applicable, travel, accommodation, transportation, personal expenses and any additional goods or services. 

    For prizes involving event tickets, the tickets are subject to the relevant event organiser's terms and conditions, including any applicable entry requirements, restrictions and event-specific conditions. Travel, accommodation, food, beverages and any other expenses associated with attending the event are not included unless expressly stated. 

    The winner must accept and redeem their prize in accordance with the instructions and deadlines provided by the Sponsor. 

    To be eligible to claim the prize, the winner must be employed by a UK-registered travel company at the time the prize is awarded and redeemed and must not be subject to any ongoing disciplinary, employment or formal conduct proceedings or hearings with their employer at that time.
