Terms & Conditions

1. To enter, you must be: (a) UK resident; a recognised travel agent and (b) 21 years old or over.
2. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to select a new prize recipient if the winner does not meet all the criteria in condition 1.
3. You will be asked to provide proof of trade address, a reply is required within 24 hours. You must reply via your business email before prizes are issued. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours of our request the prize will be reallocated and a new winner is randomly generated.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Entrants are only allowed one entry per day.
7. This prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Cruise Trade News, Virgin Voyages or its subsidiary or affiliate companies.
8. By entering into this prize draw you agree to receive email marketing and postal marketing communications from Cruise Trade News and Virgin Voyages.
9. Any personal information that you provide to Cruise Trade News, Cunard and its subsidiary and affiliate companies will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
10. Cruise Trade News and Virgin Voyages reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of a similar value due to any unforeseen circumstances.
11. Each prize is subject to availability, exclusions and further terms and conditions which are provided by Virgin Voyages.
12. Please read our Privacy Policywhich tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
13. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Cruise Trade News may also create rules which will apply to a specific offer only. If we do this we will publish the amended offer rules and/or specific offer rules on the relevant offer page.
14. Winners will receive a message confirming their prize. Winners will also be contacted directly by phone and/or email. Virgin Voyages’s decision on prize winners and prizes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Virgin Voyages will treat entrant’s information as private and keep it secure but reserves the right to use the winner’s name, home town, agency name, photography and comments in future publicity or promotional material.
