- Only travel agents with valid ABTA number will be eligible for the prize draw.
- Dates to enter the prize draw run from the 10th February to 24th February.
- All entries must be received by Midnight (GMT) on 24th February. Two (2) winners in Great Britain & Ireland (including Northern Ireland) will be randomly selected by Real Response Media on 25th February and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
- Winners will receive a digital voucher to redeem against a booking at the Shangri-La Shard in London for the ‘Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two’ experience (worth £170), this includes afternoon tea with a glass of champagne at TING, on level 35, The Shard.
- The voucher is valid for the winner and a plus one.
- The “date voucher” is valid until the specified date on the voucher issued and is the responsibility of the Winner to redeem within the accepted time limit as provided by the supplier of the voucher.
- This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code and may only be redeemed once.
- The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem the experience (no phone screenshots or photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. No guarantee can be made that guests are able to redeem vouchers on any specific date. Blackout dates apply: 14th February 2025 until 16th February 2025, 18th April 2025 until 21st April 2025.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date.
- A discretionary service charge of 15% will be added to the bill when dining.

- Entrants are only allowed one entry per day
- Due to popular demand advanced booking of at least four weeks are recommended for weekend bookings. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
