Terms and Conditions

1. To enter, you must be: (a) UK resident; a recognised travel agent and (b) 21 years old or over.

2. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to select a new prize recipient if the winner does not meet the criteria in condition

3. You will be asked to provide proof of trade address and reply via your business email before prizes are issued.

4. Following the request for proof of trade, a reply is required within 24 hours. After this time the prize is reallocated and a new winner is randomly generated.

5. No purchase necessary

6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash

7. Entrants are only allowed one entry

8. Offers are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Cruise Trade News, Hurtigruten or its subsidiary companies

9. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to receive email marketing and postal marketing communications from Cruise Trade News and Hurtigruten.

10. Any personal information that you provide to Cruise Trade News, Hurtigruten and its subsidiary companies will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.

11. Cruise Trade News and Hurtigruten reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of a similar value due to any unforeseen circumstances.

14. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Cruise Trade News may also create rules which will apply to a specific offer only. If we do this we will publish the amended offer rules and/or specific offer rules on the relevant offer page.

15. Entrants must be 21 or over. Th winner will receive a message confirming their prize. They will also be contacted directly by phone and/or email. Hurtigruten decision on the prize winner and prize will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Hurtigruten will treat entrant’s information as private and keep it secure but reserves the right to use the winner’s name, home town, agency name, photography and comments in future publicity or promotional material.

16. Non-transferable. No cash alternative. Standard Hurtigruten terms and conditions apply.

17. Free Prize Terms: Some Restrictions may apply. No upgrades available. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

18. The prize 2 tickets – Premium seats in prime location (Block 102/103). Includes access to live entertainment in a secret nightclub, early access to the arena and £200 towards accommodation/travel – winner needs to claim it from Hurtigruten. Winner will need to send their receipt to [email protected] to process.

19. 50 points on Hurtigruten rewards (equivalent to a £5 Lifestyle voucher), everyone who enters, new or returning will be eligible. 3 months period.
