Terms & Conditions

1. To enter, you must be:
   (a) a UK resident and a recognised travel agent; and
   (b) 21 years old or over.
2. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to select a new prize recipient if the winner does not meet all the criteria outlined in condition 1.
3. You will be asked to provide proof of your trade address. A reply is required within 24 hours. You must reply via your business email before prizes are issued. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours of our request, the prize will be reallocated and a new winner will be randomly selected.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
6. Entrants are only permitted one entry per person, per day.
7. This prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Cruise Trade News, Havila Voyages, or their subsidiary or affiliate companies.
8. By entering this prize draw, you agree to receive email and postal marketing communications from Cruise Trade News and Havila Voyages.
9. Any personal information you provide to Cruise Trade News and Havila Voyages, and their subsidiary and affiliate companies, will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
10. Cruise Trade News and Havila Voyages reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of similar value due to any unforeseen circumstances.
11. Each prize is subject to availability, exclusions, and further terms and conditions as provided by Havila Voyages.
12. Each correct daily entry will count as one (1) entry into the grand cruise prize draw. At the end of the competition period, all eligible daily entries submitted by each participant will be totalled and entered into the final cruise prize draw accordingly. The more days entered correctly, the more entries will be allocated. There are two (2) cruise prizes available; however, no entrant may win more than one cruise prize.
13. Daily prize winners will be selected from all correct entries received that day and will be contacted and informed of their win the following day. Winners will be announced after selection and notified directly via email and/or phone.
14. By entering the competition, entrants agree that if they win, their name, agency name, may be shared across Cruise Trade News and Havila Voyages’ marketing channels, including email communications, websites, and social media.
15. Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use any personal information collected when you enter a competition.
16. Cruise Trade News reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Cruise Trade News may also create specific rules that apply to a particular offer only. If this occurs, amended and/or specific offer rules will be published on the relevant offer page.
17. Havila Voyages’ decision regarding prize winners and prizes is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
